ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Scott T. Jagodzinski

Scott is the founder of Argent Alpha, where he helps men over 50 rebuild their strength, energy, and sense of purpose. Before that, he ran the operations behind a company that scaled to a nine-figure exit, and later turned a struggling business into one earning eight figures a year.

He and his wife have been married for nearly four decades, split their time between Arizona and family visits in San Diego, and are closing in on their third grandchild. Scott built Argent Alpha's method — and this book — from what actually worked for him and the hundreds of men he's coached since.

The system inside the book

Three interlocking pieces that turn "I should probably get healthier" into a routine you actually stick to.

FUTURE SELF

Build the target first

Before you change a single habit, you define exactly who you're becoming — and work backward from there.

THE ALPHA 5

Five daily disciplines

Mindset, sleep, nutrition, fitness, and hydration — the five levers that move the needle, tracked instead of guessed at.

R.A.D.

Accountability that sticks

A recurring check-in process that catches drift early, so small slips never turn into a year lost.

What readers are saying

Went in thinking he was already healthy, then an InBody scan told a different story. Eight months later, body fat dropped ten points — and it's stayed there since.

— Steve S., member since 2022

Recovering from an injury and unsure where to start, he used the book's tracking system to cut body fat by more than half and get off his medications.

— Pat M., member since 2023

Thirty years in the fitness industry, and this still reset how he trains and recovers — now in the best shape he's been in two decades, at 57.

— Tim P., member since 2022

You're not done. You're just getting started.
